This six week Rejuvenate eCourse brings focus to the quality of how you wind down from your day to prepare for sleep.

Taking a moment at the end of our day to stop and re-connect back to your presence and the quality of your movements can support you to let go of tensions and stresses taken on during the day that can otherwise affect your sleep.

In this 6 week eCourse will be the opportunity to bring focus back to your body, connection and quality of movements to wind down from your day.

The 15 minutes sessions in a chair offer a moment to stop, tune in and connect to your body bringing focus to being present and gentle with the body to release tension and stress from the day.

This eCourse offers an achievable and realistic way to integrate moments in the evening to support your body, sleep and optimise your vitality to support you into the following day.

Course details
  1. Every week will be a new video lesson and audio recording that you can listen to as often as you like. The program follows a 6 week theme with each week building upon the next.

  2. The 15 minute Sitting Yoga sessions will be conducted in a chair

  3. You can listen to the recordings as often as you like as a way to integrate a routine in the evening to support your sleep and vitality

Week 1 - New Beginnings


This week offers a complete review of your daily cycle and a great opportunity to reconnect to a new way of supporting yourself and your body to wind down in the evenings. TOPICS

  1. The practicalities of setting up your space and regular schedule
  2. The winding down period of the evening to prepare your body for sleep
  3. Using our body as a reference point and guide throughout the program
  4. The routine and rhythm of your day

Week 2 - Building


This week continues to build upon the new beginnings you are making. In addition is the opportunity to identify the choices and distractions that get in the way of your wind down rhythm.

  1. Consolidating on the changes you are making in Week 1
  2. Exploring quality of movement
  3. Distractions and interferences that get in the way of your daily routine and wind down rhythm

Week 3 - Awareness


Week 3 brings to light an opportunity to deepen your awareness of your body beyond it's functional capacity to the 'being' within the body. This week brings value to the evening repose rhythm of the day as a way to deepen your relationship to yourself. TOPICS

  1. Observation and awareness of your body and quality of being in the day and evening
  2. The 'being' in the body

Week 4 - Foundations


This week consolidates all that you have been exploring in weeks 1 - 3 as a new platform and way forward to support your body and quality of sleep. TOPICS

  1. Setting new standards
  2. Consolidating on what works and letting go of anything that does not
  3. Appreciation

Week 5 - Simplicity


Week 5 offers an opportunity to explore the word simplicity and to apply this in our daily routine and evening wind down. TOPICS

Week 6 - Appreciation


Week 6 is a consolidation of the program and an opportunity to evaluate and appreciate the shifts and changes that have taken place over the program. TOPICS

  3. Sustaining and maintaining what has been established

This eCourse can be conducted at your own pace in your own time and  I will be sharing tips on how you can make the most of your eCourse.

The rejuvenate ecourse is part of a series co-developed to support you in these modern times.

 

This eCourse provides a foundation to establish a routine and rhythm that supports your body's physiology in the evening to prepare for sleep. Shifting from the constant stimulation and busyness of the day to a way of being that honours your body's natural acadia rhythms is a part of your living medicine.

The rejuvenate eCourse offers a very simple and practical way to integrate these moments into your everyday so that it becomes part of your routine no matter where you are.
