Taking a moment at the end of our day to stop and re-connect back to your presence and the quality of your movements can support you to let go of tensions and stresses taken on during the day that can otherwise affect your sleep.

In this 6 week eCourse will be the opportunity to bring focus back to your body, connection and quality of movements to wind down from your day.
The 15 minutes sessions in a chair offer a moment to stop, tune in and connect to your body bringing focus to being present and gentle with the body to release tension and stress from the day.
This eCourse offers an achievable and realistic way to integrate moments in the evening to support your body, sleep and optimise your vitality to support you into the following day.

Every week will be a new video lesson and audio recording that you can listen to as often as you like. The program follows a 6 week theme with each week building upon the next.
The 15 minute Sitting Yoga sessions will be conducted in a chair
