I've absolutely loved this program.
As I felt it would be, it has and is a great support. I've been a lot more focussed on my wind down rhythm in the evenings since beginning the program. Far from perfect, but in the main I'm feeling the benefits of bringing more focus to my evening preparations, and I'm pleased to say that I'm sleeping better and feeling a lot less tired during my days.
I can feel that there is some refining to do, but I am certainly appreciating the gift I have given myself of stopping for 30 minutes of an evening in preparation for sleep and the next day. And I would say that generally, my focus throughout the days is much improved.
