This six week Rejuvenate online Sitting Yoga program brings focus to the quality of how you wind down from your day to prepare for sleep.

Taking a moment at the end of your day to stop and re-connect back to your presence and the quality of your movements can support you to let go of tensions and stresses taken on during the day that can otherwise affect your sleep.

Sitting Yoga

Within the Rejuvenate program I present the modality of Sitting Yoga to support the body to gently unwind from the day. Sitting Yoga is not about postures in a chair, in fact there is minimal movement which offers you to space to simply stop, observe, feel and bring focus back to you and your body.

After a day's activities these simple 30 minute evening sessions support the body to let go of tension, hardness, control and stress. This allows the body to move into a movement of repose and a gentle way of being that can be taken into your evening as a way to prepare the body for sleep.

Further details of the program will be sent prior to the program starting. The first session will begin with a 15 minute introduction to your program and the modality of Sitting Yoga.

Sleep is an essential part of our living medicine.
When we honour the body and the wind down rhythm of our day,

we not only support ourselves into the following day,

we also honour a return to a very natural way of living.
