In an era of accelerated disruption, digitisation and complexity, the capacity to lead organisations through constant change requires agility, steadiness and for the most part simplicity. This is asking our leaders of today to dive deeper to develop an inner connection, awareness and solid presence from which to lead from.
The Leadership Wellbeing Program has been developed exclusively for leaders to foster personal and professional wellbeing as the underpinning foundation and quality of their leadership style.
WHAT YOUR PROGRAM INCLUDES
The program is delivered in two phases.
PHASE 1: The Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS) measures the social, emotional, physical, intellectual and inner connected wellbeing of senior professionals across their personal and professional lives. Phase 1 includes facilitation and analysis of an in depth self-assessment tool and a 90 minute session to debrief and discuss the results.
PHASE 2: Followed up with four wellness coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to support the implementation of strategies identified from the personal wellbeing report.
*Open to national and international leaders as sessions can be conducted face-to-face or over zoom.

Marcia has worked in the fields of education, health and well-being for 15+ years presenting retreats, workshops, online programs and sessions for individuals, groups and organisations in Australia and internationally through her business Living Medicine. As a qualified practitioner, she offers an in-depth understanding of the body’s intelligence and how essential our well-being is to not only our quality of life but the quality of what we bring to the workplace.
Marcia also works full time as a change lead in a global organisation and offers a steady, genuine disposition and awareness to build trust, coach and support leaders and organisations in change through transparency, engagement, understanding and relationship building. This enables her to be grounded, real and aware of the everyday impacts on leaders when working in fast paced, constantly changing environments and ambiguous situations.
She is a qualified Organisational Executive Coach and Wellness Coach.
Her diverse and entrepreneurial nature means she has had to develop and refine a way of living that embodies a sound foundation in self-care from which to deliver upon the services she offers without compromising on her health, integrity, and quality.
