This workshop is offered as a key presentation as part of a 1 day Change & Renewal Retreat for community workers going through change in the workplace.
In consideration of these changes, this workshop offers an opportunity for staff to openly discuss and consider the process of change and renewal within their jobs, their future and within themselves.

Body Awareness Education is a workshop developed to support those who work in the Community Services sector. With an increase in the pace and demands in the workplace, it is not uncommon to be experiencing: stress, exhaustion, anxiety, illness, overwhelm, depression, sleeping problems, poor eating habits, physical pain/restrictions and ‘burnout’.
This workshop offers practical tools to value and prioritise our health and well-being as a foundational asset to support ourselves in the workplace and during our working day.
